I am happy with my purchase. The item arrived quickly and in good condition. This wall shelf and mail holder is compact, visually appealing, and functional. It is light weight yet sturdy and installation was easy. I mainly use as a place to hang my daughter's small backpack, my small purse, sometimes even my daughters rain coat on a hanger. I use the shelf to hold my key's in a small dish. The mail holders are a great place to hold my rent check and outgoing mails so I can grab and go on the way out. I would recommend if you are looking for something compact, functional, and easy on the eyes.Since we have been on lock down our focus has been on organizing. Having a place for everything and everything in its place! This works well hung near our garage entry as a spot for keys, notes and mail. it is working out well! No more keys on the island in the kitchen!One if my amazon favorite buys!! Smart looking and streamline to organize your things near the entry of your homeHighly recommend!!The color is beautiful. Love having 3 hooks. The shelf is perfect for succulents.Came in perfect condition. Easy to install if you have a leveler handy. Tip to make sure you have the holes in the right distance is to tape 2 blank pieces of paper together, then lay them over the back of the mail holder and punch holes through the paper where the nails should go. Use this as a template to drill on the wall the screws.Shelf seems well made and looks attractive on the wall. I used 3M velcro strips to mount it on the wall and it worked very well. I use it for mail and the dog leashes and it has held fine.This product is not worth $30. Don't waste your money. The only reason that I think it's $30 is because I received two. I don't know if it was a mistake or if it was intentional.Other than the price, the product is very nice quality, but smaller than in the photo. Keep in mind that the product is VERY heavy - be cautious when mounting on the wall.Three stars for the out rageous price.I like this product, but for the price I would expect it to be better made.All three hooks were attached at an angle, it's very obvious they are not hanging straight up and down. They also wiggle because the screws aren't tight, but the screws are pushing through the back.Install instructions are pretty useless, but it comes fully assembled and it's easy to figure out how to put up yourself.It's well worth the pricetag. It does not look or feel like it is made from cheap materials. It goes up easy and level. It's nice, smooth and looks really good!Only downside was I ordered it as a Christmas present and it was shipped in its original packaging. So there was no disguising what it was when it was left on our doorstep. Luckily it was not damaged as there only bubble wrap inside to protect it.Worth it!As pictured. LOVE that the screw holes are 16" apart, so you can actually mount on studs. That's a detail most people miss. Mounting hardware included was excellent. Two minor complaints: 1) The black coating on the rack chipped off as I was mounting, in one of the corners. Absolutely my fault but annoying, as it is white underneath. I coloured it in with a Sharpie. 2) The mail rack is as pictured, only fitting standard size envelopes not larger document mail. We will be using more for cheque books, phones, post office notices, etc. than to actually organize our mail.The drywall screw supplied are horrible, do not use these to install this product. Take the time to go get REAL drywall screws if you don't want this thing ripping out of the wall with miniscule weight applied.Came in with some chipped paint, but otherwise it looks great, covered the chips and it does its job great with real drywall screws to hold it upInitially I was very impressed with this product upon opening it. It seemed sturdy and solid which I was happy about. Installation was simple, but once I had it installed, the hooks caught my eye.I don’t know who installed them, or what they were doing but 2 of the 3 hooks are visibly crooked and one of the hooks is quite clearly off level. I don’t know if this is a new trend that’s flown over my head but I certainly would not expect it to be this much of a mess.Aside from that gong show, the unit is solid and I’m happy with the quality of the product. However, someone needs to either get their eyes checked or perhaps fix their glasses because I can’t for the life of me understand how the hooks could be placed the way they are.Great product for keys and mail. Installation was tricky as the screw bits that came completelyShattered without even applying pressure from hammer. We had to go out and buy better ones from home depot. Otherwise product feels sturdy and looks great.
