Disappointed that when I opened the shelves, they are missing bolts.Update. Have spoken to Kamado Joe directly about missing pieces. They were no help and Emily at customer service just wants to pass the buck back to Amazon. The shelves are already used and they won’t sell me the missing screws. Won’t be giving anymore of my money to Kamado Joe going forward. Which is a shame bc I have a big Joe and small Joe as well as a slow roller and do Joe.
